Russian Orthodox Church We left the Old Jewish Synagogue and continued a short distance down the road, turning right in front of the Russian Orthodox Church with its distinctive round dome top, which you could see from the synagogue. Part of the church, a wooden structure, was being repaired. We saw a painted icon on it.
